Richard J. Charbonnier

Since joining Brian S. Hickey Associates early in 2011, Mr. Charbonnier has been part of the team heading up a statewide Grassroots operation for the Right to Repair Coalition.   His responsibilities include meeting with and educating civic leaders and advocacy groups throughout the state, meeting with local groups and businesses on legislative issues and discussing matters with regard to Grassroots efforts with the Massachusetts Legislature.  Mr. Charbonnier has worked closely with independent auto repair facilities and created and implemented successful outreach efforts across Massachusetts and in the City of Boston.

Previously, he worked in the Defense Industry at Raytheon Company and also held a Sales position in the Retail Signage Industry.  At Raytheon, he was a Production Manager responsible for scheduling and on-time delivery of United States Government contract items.  Mr. Charbonnier also acted as the interface with United States Government Contract Specialists.  In the mid 1980’s Mr. Charbonnier had the position as Assistant City Hall Manager in a district of Boston.  There he was responsible for coordinating efforts with local groups and the City of Boston.
