Patrick J. Loftus III. Esq.
Patrick J. Loftus III, Esq. brings extensive legislative and administrative experience to Brian S. Hickey Associates. From 1983 through 1989, he served as legislative counsel to the Chief Justice of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth, coordinating the statewide efforts regarding fiscal, real property and capital outlay matters for the Judicial branch.
During his tenure at the Trial Court, the budgetary authorization increased to over three hundred million dollars. Upon leaving the Trial Court, he lobbied for the Massachusetts Association of County Commissioners. In 1990, the Commissioner of Insurance appointed him Chairman of the Auto Damage Appraisers Licensing Board, a statutory board authorized to oversee and regulate automobile appraisers in the Commonwealth.
He has served as counsel for the Massachusetts Olympic Committee, and to the Massachusetts Auto Body Association. He has lobbied with Brian Hickey Associates for the past fifteen years, and serves as counsel for the firm.
